PALAZZO Baroni Lemme, già dei Principi Caracciolo, nel Molise a Belmonte del Sannio (IS) paese Medievale, fino al 1807 nell’Abruzzo Citeriore. Nel 1550 lo Storico palazzo viene edificato nel punto più alto del Paese, a 864 mt s.l.m., in un clima montano ideale, dove prima si ergeva il Castello di Belmonte.
Il Palazzo, diviso in due parti indipendenti, viene ceduto in vendita per la maggiore delle due, consistente in una elegante Abitazione Nobiliare su due livelli, oltre cantina al seminterrato e sottotetto al “grezzo”, per complessivi circa 300mq.
L’abitazione si compone al piano terra di ingresso e ripostiglio, tinello con caminetto, cucina, dispensa e grande terrazza panoramica. Al primo piano il grande salone di rappresentanza, centro della convivialità familiare, il soggiorno, tre ampie camere da letto (una con piccolo servizio), il bagno principale e tre balconi panoramici.

Sono stati conservati gli antichi pavimenti del salone e delle camere con chianche in Porfido scurito e conservate le porte degli anni ‘40 mantenendo l’atmosfera elegante e austera che si addice all’importanza di una costruzione storica che si affaccia a dominare il paese e la Valle dalla grande Terrazza. Dalla stessa terrazza, accessibile anche da ingresso esterno privato, è tradizione della Proprietà consentire all’amministrazione Comunale l’accensione dei Fuochi pirotecnici nell’occasione dei Festeggiamenti del 13 luglio, per il Patrono Sant’Anacleto. Nelle stanze del Palazzo Baroni Lemme è stato girato il cortometraggio “Il Sogno diventa Futuro” con la Regia di Tonino Di Ciocco ed Andrea Cacciavillani, che narra delle origini della Banca BCC degli Abruzzi e Molise, nata nel 1903 con l’intento di dare opportunità di crescita al Mezzogiorno. L’Opera, candidata ai David di Donatello è vincitrice nel 2023 del Premio per la miglior regia e Fotografia, all’Indo French International Film Festival. Il corto è visibile al link di seguito:
